Greetings from Minnesota! I'm a 52 year old kid who loves fountain pens (duh!), photography, writing, reading, news and "educational" TV, net surfing, biking, downhill skiing, plus lots more.
I'm married to a wonderful lady who is now in Chongqing, China, waiting to come to the US. I have two fabulous daughters, ages 6 and 4. Both have their own fountain pens and love to write with them. Daddy's girls, you know.
I don't "work" because I am a teacher. I teach 5th and 6th grades in the Minneapolis Public Schools, and love what I do. Kids are the center of my universe, and I love being surrounded by them. Previously, I spent 16 years in the advertising industry as a copywriter and producer. My degree is in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University at Moorhead.
I've been a penaholic for about 8 years now. My favorite pens are my Pelikan Kirin, White Tiger, 1931, and 600 Blue Demo. I have a sizable collection, but find I like my "seabirds" best.
