Hooray for me! I'm finally posting my bio. I'm a middle school teacher who has been collecting pens since January 2000 (or was it February? Well, who's keeping track?) It all started with those moir+¬ Skylines and then I picked up a few choice Esterbrooks, but now I'm mostly charmed by old Pelikans -- the ones with the flexible nibs. When not searching for the elusive perfect vintage fountain pen, I enjoy traveling with my hubby, playing in the mud (also known as gardening), singing in the church choir, playing the piano, and dining with family and friends. Oh yes, and our cats, who are the most indulged quadrupeds in the state of Maryland!
